Healthy sliced Almond Cookies Recipe
Prep Time: 2 mins | Cook Time: 10-15 mins
1 Egg white
1 tbsp Honey
200 gr Sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celcius and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, stir with a fork the egg white and the honey. Stir in the almonds until well coated.
Take a heaping teaspoon at a time and put on the parchment paper. Flatten a bit so that the cookies will be thin and without gaps between the almonds.
Bake for 30 minutes until lightly browned.
Take it out when the cookies are slightly golden and brownish, and let it cool completely before removing.
